The NYRA Foundation is a philanthropic effort launched by the New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) to raise funding and awareness for the work of non-profits, service providers, thoroughbred aftercare groups and charitable organizations connected to horse racing in New York State and beyond.
The NYRA Foundation establishes a pathway for businesses, individuals and organizations to contribute to a variety of worthy endeavors connected to thoroughbred racing in New York State and across the country. The 501(c)(3) organization will identify beneficiaries through a review of prior work and future plans.
